Data Validation For User-Friendliness
Use Data Validation to help users enter the correct types of data as well as restrict the range of values. You can require date types, but

Excel Security Issues
Excel is not a secure environment. Before you send out your Excel files via email or post them to your web site,
do a Google search on "Excel password cracker" just for a reality check. If your workbook contains sensitive data,
print it out to PDF, copy and paste it as "text only" into Word or Powerpoint, or just send a paper copy via
snail mail! Say what you want about paper, it can't be hacked!
